Continuing Ed Occupational Classes Begin Soon

A number of Continuing Education occupational courses will begin soon at Wayne Community College.

They include:
Notary Public Education, 5-9 p.m., Monday and Wednesday, June 15 and 17;
Introduction to Computers, 6-9 p.m., Mondays, June 15-Aug. 10 on campus, or 5:30-8:30 p.m., Thursdays, July 9-August 13 at Woods Chapel;
Basic Residential Wiring, 6-10 p.m., Tuesdays, June 16-Aug. 11;
Microsoft Access 2013 Introduction, 6-9 p.m., Wednesdays, June 17-Aug. 5;
Microsoft Excel 2013 Introduction, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Wednesdays, June 17-Aug. 12, or 9 a.m.-noon, Wednesdays, June 18-Aug 13;
Banking 101 (Bank Teller Training), 6-9 p.m., Mondays, June 22-Aug. 10;
Life and Health Insurance Pre-Licensing, 6-10 p.m. on Fridays and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturdays, July 10-Aug. 1 (all one class);
Spanish for the Workplace (Level 2), 6-8 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 21-Aug. 27; and
Real Estate Pre-licensing, 6-10 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 28-Oct. 8.

All of these courses (except the one noted) will be held on the college’s main campus in Goldsboro.

Costs for these courses range from $70 to $180. Students may register and pay in advance at the Continuing Education Division’s Customer Service Desk in the Walnut Building on the college’s main campus, by clicking on “Registration” at www.waynecc.edu/continuing-ed/, or at the first class session.
