High School Students Can "Discover Wayne"

Wayne Community College will hold its annual “Discover Wayne” open house for high school students on Monday, Dec. 8 and Tuesday, Dec. 9.

From 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. on both days, potential students will have the opportunity to tour the campus and learn about programs of study, the admissions process, financial aid and scholarships, transfer options, campus resources, student life, and more.

High school seniors and juniors in Wayne County Public Schools who wish to attend this event should notify their guidance counselors.

An open house will be held Jan. 29 for the public. Participants will be able to learn about and visit all areas of the college: Curriculum (college credit), Continuing Education, and Basic Skills. The times for this event will be announced later.
