The Wayne Business and Industry Center will offer “QuickBooks™ for Small Businesses” 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday, April 22, in Room 220 of the Magnolia Building on Wayne Community College’s main campus in Goldsboro.
This hands-on workshop will teach some accounting basics and how to customize and create invoices, pay bills, use the payroll feature, reconcile bank accounts, and create reports in QuickBooks, one of the most widely used accounting software packages for small businesses.
Participants are encouraged to being invoices and bills to the class to have real transactions.to enter. They will have a disk of financial files to take home.
There is a $5 technology fee for this workshop.
