WCC Campus Cruiser Support
First of all, what is WCC Crusier?
WCC Cruiser is your access to your WCC student email and your 24/7 access to your student records and online services. The WCC Campus Cruiser Portal, is a Web-based portal that enables the college to provide all students with free email accounts and 24/7 access to their student records and online services.
Your student email is your instructors and the college’s primary means of communication for course information and announcements, registration dates, award letters, final grades, tax documentation, and general campus announcements. Using the WCC Cruiser WebAdvisor, accessed within the WCC Cruiser Portal, students can access personal records such as course schedules, grades, GPA, financial profile, financial aid reports, etc. Online services include online registration, class searches, and electronic tuition payments.
Note: Using the WCC Cruiser Portal, Current students (who are enrolled in courses) can register and pay for classes online using the WCC Cruiser portal. However, students must meet with their advisor prior to your posted registration date, which will be emailed to you via your Campus Cruiser email. To log in to your WCC Campus Cruiser account:
1- Go to the WCC Home page, waynecc.edu
2- Click the gray Campus Cruiser button on the right.
3- Enter your Login in the Log In ID box, and then enter your password in the Password box. Now click Log In.
What is my Log In ID?
Your Log In ID is the first initial of your first name, the first initial of your middle name, your entire last name, then the last four digits of your Student ID number. Example: if your name is John Doe Brown and your Student ID number is 551234, then your Log In ID would be jdbrown1234. You can find your Student ID number directly under your name on the registration statement you receive when you register for classes. If you cannot locate your student ID number, please contact your advisor.
What is my INITAL Password?
Your INITIAL password is the first letter of your last name CAPITALIZED, the second letter of your last name lower case and your 6 digit birth date written out in numbers. (NOTE: You will be required to change your password every 90 days). Example: if your name is John Doe Brown and you were born on August 9th, 1967, then your password would be Br080967.

To Access your Student Email:
1- Once logged into Campus Cruiser
2- Click (Email) located on the left of the screen
3- You email address will be your Log In ID@student.waynecc.edu
EX: jrsmith1234@student.waynecc.edu
Important Email Tips:
1- Check your email atleast twice a week.
2- Your WCC Cruiser email will be WCC's primary means of contact regarding important information about final grades, registration availability, financial aid, online classes, etc. All correspondence from your instructor and the college, such as registration dates and times, will go directly to your email.
3- Email Space is limited so keep your email organized, create folders and such for each class. Save what you need and delete what your don’t. If you exceed your space limit, your email account will be blocked and will prevent you from receiving important messages from the instructor.
Registering Online for classes:
Before you can register on online you must meet with your advisor each semester to discuss your schedule and to ensure you take the appropriate courses in your major. The advisor will then remove a block to allow you to register online at the appropriate time. You will receive an email from the Admissions Office letting you know when your registration time has arrived.
To register for classes online, login to WCCampus Cruiser, click the WebAdvisor tab at the top right. Use the menu options on the left to guide you and provide helpful instructions to access your student tools such as online registion, class schedules, grades, financial profile, etc the instructor or college.
How do I access my student records and online services?
WebAdvisor, accessed through WCC Cruiser, provides students, faculty, and employees access to Web-tools such as: online registration, academic records and advising, work order requests, financial and budget records, personal profile information, and more. Log in to WCC Cruiser and click the WebAdvisor tab at the top for more information. The menu options on the left to guide you and provide helpful instructions to access your student tools such as online registion, class schedules, grades, financial profile, etc.
