Password Support Services

Everyone MUST "Enroll" in the Online Password Service in order to Change Passwords

NOTE: All password changes apply to both Moodle and Campus Cruiser.

To Enroll and change your password:
Step 1: When clicking the link below, users will be prompted for their CURRENT username/password.
Step 2: After logging in, click the ENROLL FIRST/Change password Hints button and answer the security questions.
IF you ENROLL, you can obtain password help and resets online.
IF you DO NOT ENROLL, you will have to call the helpdesk during normal operating hours to obtain Login Help.
Step 3: After you successfully enroll, click the Change Password button to change your password.

The new password must meet complexity requirements:
Do not use first or last name in the password.
Use a mix of uppercase/lowercase letters and numbers.
The minimum password length is 8 characters.Your last 8 passwords may not be reused.
The policy requires your password to be changed every 90 days.

Forgot Your Password: This link will only work IF user has ENROLLED or set-up the account for reset.

If you did not Enroll and are Blocked out of your Account:

Summer Semester - College is open Monday-Thursday 7-6:00 PM, closed Fridays
Fall & Spring Semesters - College is open Monday-Thursday 7:45-5:30 PM, Friday 8:00-1:00 PM
