WEB SUPPORTED COURSES:
We are now offering Web Supported courses-these course are a combination of in-class and on-line instruction. In most cases, you can work on your Web Supported course in the Computer Lab (Magnolia Building). These courses offer the benefit of more instruction with less gasoline!
SLOW-PACED INSTRUCTION AVAILABLE: We offer specialized classes designed to meet the needs of individuals new to the computer. These courses are taught by dedicated and patient instructors who understand the difficulties of learning new technical skills. These classes are presented at your pace and make learning the computer fun!
WCC now offers Computer Certificate Programs! Once you complete the certificate requirements, you will receive a certificate that provides prospective employers with the confidence that you are ready to meet a variety of tasks.

Statement: Pursuant to the North Carolina Administrative Code, Title 23 NCAC, paragraph 2D.0201, effective, January 1, 2008, a Computer Technology Fee of $3.00* (three) dollars will be charged, each semester, to all individuals who take computer courses through the Continuing Education Division. This technology fee is charged only once during a semester, regardless of how many computer classes an individual may register and take. The technology fee was established to support the purchase, operations, and repair of computers and other instructional technology, including the supplies and materials which support computer technology. This fee also supports Continuing Education computer classes held off campus at various locations. If you have any questions concerning the Computer Technology Fee, please contact the Continuing Education Division at (919) 735-5151, ext 277. *Fee subject to change. (Note: This fee does not apply to Online courses.)
NOTE: The full Technology Fee can only be refunded under the following conditions:
The class is cancelled
The student officially withdraws prior to the first class
