Registration for Continuing Education Courses is fast and easy!
Three easy steps and you are on your way:
- Click the Registration Form link (below)
- Fill in all of the Registration Form questions/blocks--you can find the Course Title, Start Date, and CID number-(e.g.-JR 22222) on the Course Schedule.
- Print out the form and mail to the address below with your payment* or you can bring it to the Walnut Building on Campus.
*NOTE: You can pay by Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. Which ever method you choose, please attach your payment to the Registration Form.
For Credit Cards: record your Credit Card information on a separate piece of paper and attach it to your Registration Form. Be certain to include the Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Type of Credit Card (Visa & Master Card Only) and the Three-Digit Security Code on the back of the card. After processing your enrollment, we will destroy the paper with your Credit Card information.
