Online Courses are offered using Moodle. So what is Moodle?

Moodle is the College’s primary online course platform. Courses may be entirely online or may be used to web enhance face to face classes, called hybrid classes. Students must access Moodle courses via the Internet.

For more information and access instructions click here. (For other platforms such as Course Compass, My Math Lab, or Web Assign, etc., access and user information will be provided by the course instructor in seated course).

Here’s what you need to know to get started!

  • If you are enrolled in an Online course you must access the course and complete initial assignments within the first 48 hours of the day your class is scheduled to begin. Note: Online courses will be available after 5 p.m., the day your class is scheduled to begin. Please refer to your class schedule to determine your class start date.

  • This orientation does not replace other mandatory class orientations. Please check your WCC Schedule of courses for all required course orientations.
