WCC FINANCIAL AID ONLINE FORMS

NOTE: THESE FORMS ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR COMPLETING THE FAFSA.

WCC Institutional Application - All students who have completed the 2009-10 FAFSA must complete this form to begin the financial aid process.

WCC FAFSA Certification & Signature Form - This form must be completed if the student and/or parent (if required) failed to sign the FAFSA.

WCC Institutional Verification Form - This form must be completed by the student and parent (if required) as part of the verification process. In addition, signed copies of federal tax returns, W2's and/or 1099's and supporting documentation of non-taxable income for the student and/or spouse (if married) or parents (if the student is dependent) must be submitted along with this form.

WCC Low Income Form - This form may be required to confirm financial information of students who report unusually low (or no) income.

WCC Satisfactory Academic Appeal Request - This form may be completed if the student wishes to appeal the decision to terminate financial aid based on the established SAP policy.

WCC Degree Statement - This form may be completed to confirm or correct reported Bachelor or Masters degree completion.

WCC Verification of Marital Status - This form may be required to verify marital status of the student or parent (if the student is dependent).

WCC Work-Study Application - This form may be completed for anyone interested in applying for a federal work-study position on campus. Completion of this application does not guarantee employment.

WCC Child Care Grant Application and Program Guidelines - To apply for financial assistance to help with dependent care expenses, complete this form and submit the required paperwork to the Financial Aid Office. Completion of this application does not guarantee dependent care assistance.

WCC Consortium Agreement Form - This form must be completed if the student is planning to take classes at another institution to transfer towards a degree program at WCC.
