The expanded WCC Library newspaper exhibit area highlights Constitution Day this month. Constitution Day commemorates the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787, recognizing the rights of all U. S. citizen, including those who became so either by being born in the U.S. or by naturalization. Books in the library exhibit include information about the Constitution as well as the Bill of Rights.
