Library Card Application
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. When the online application form is received and your status as a Wayne Community College (WCC) student, faculty or staff member is confirmed, you will be mailed a WCC Library Patron Registration form filled out with your submitted information.
Instead of submitting the online form you may choose to access the PDF fillable form, which you may print out yourself, sign and return to the WCC Library using the following address: WCC Library, 3000 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC 27533-8002.
In the PDF fillable form the Datatel number is the number appearing below your picture on your WCC ID card. Also, you do not need to fill out the Barcode number field in the form.
Whether sent to you by a WCC Librarian, or printed out from this website, a signed form must be returned by surface mail to the WCC Library before you can be issued a WCC Library barcode number by return mail.
