Associate Degree Nursing

The Associate Degree Nursing (non-integrated) curriculum provides individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide nursing care to clients and groups of clients throughout the lifespan in a variety of settings.

Degree and Licensure

The Associate in Applied Science Degree-Associate Degree Nursing is awarded by the college upon completion of this program. Graduates of this program are eligible to apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) which is required to practice as a Registered Nurse.

This program is for licensed Practical Nurses who desire to obtain a Nursing Associate Degree in one year. All interested students must schedule a conference with the Nursing Department Chair for consideration for admission into Summer Term of the ADN curriculum.
