Simply use the steps below to reset your password before it expires.
NOTE: After you reset your password, please allow 5 minutes for the WCC Online Services to sync with your new password prior to attempting to login with your new password.
Step 1 of 3:
In the blue box below, enter your current WCC username and password, then click on the”Log In” button.
Step 2 of 3:
Click on the “Change Password” button to reset your password.
Step 3 of 3:
BEFORE YOU ENTER YOUR NEW PASSWORD – make sure you remember that you must do and not do the following:
- Use at least one uppercase letter
- Use at least one lowercase letter
- Use at least one number
- Use at least 8 characters
- Do not use any of your last 8 passwords
- Do not use any part of your name or username
Enter your Current Password, New Password, Confirm your New Password and click on the “Change” button.
If all was entered correctly, you are done. Simply close the browser and you are set for another 90 days.
