Is there a cost?

The Intramural Sports program is funded primarily through the Student Activity Fee. In most cases there is no cost to the participant. In some cases, such as skating, golf and bowling, there might be nominal fees which are passed on to the participant.

When are Intramurals played?

Most intramural competitions take place during the afternoon or evening hours of weekdays. Efforts are made to accommodate scheduling request, but in some cases, because of facility reservation schedules or similar reasons, scheduling request may not be honored. Some events are held on weekends to provide recreational opportunities during these same times.

How can I get involved in WCC Intramural Sports?

One way to get involved is through student clubs and organizations. Sometimes, it may take YOU to start a team of your own. There are plenty of people who want to play, such as friends, classmates, etc. that are just waiting to be asked.

Individuals are encouraged to have a physical examination and to obtain adequate health and accident insurance PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION. Participation may involve risks of injury and accidents.
