Things to consider: Most employers prefer to hire Certified Medical Assistants. WCC’s program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) upon the recommendation of the Curriculum Review Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants Endowment (CRB-AAMAE). Therefore, as a graduate, you are eligible to sit for the American Association of Medical Assistants’ Certification Examination to become Certified Medical Assistants.
