Substitute Teacher Training
EFFECTIVE TEACHER I (Substitute Teacher Training)
This 24-hour course, co-sponsored by Wayne County Public Schools (WCPS) and Wayne Community College, is a required course for all substitute applicants. The course will provide practical training in five critical skill areas that include planning, instruction, behavior management, human relations, and professional growth.
