Free Credit Score Seminar - Wayne Community College | Goldsboro, NC

Free Credit Score Seminar

The Wayne Business and Industry Center will offer the free seminar “Credit 101: How to Raise Your Score” 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 24 in Room 101 of the Walnut Building on Wayne Community College’s main campus in Goldsboro.

A major factor in securing capital for a business is the owner’s personal credit score. A low credit score will hinder chances of securing needed finances.

Presenter Jena Cantwell will discuss what lenders look for when determining credit, the different types of credit, and how to increase your credit score. Participants are encouraged to bring a copy of their most recent credit scores to the session.

To pre-register, go to www.ncsbc.net, click on “Contact your Local SBC,” select “Wayne
