Wayne Community College’s Agriculture and Natural Resources Department will host a presentation on career outlooks in agriculture.
Ashley Collins, a representative of AgCareers.com, will speak on agricultural job trends and how to use her company’s website to find and post openings. She will talk 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1, in Moffatt Auditorium in the Wayne Learning Center (main building) on the college’s campus in Goldsboro.
AgCareers.com, which is headquartered in Clinton, N.C., is the leading online career site and human resource service provider for the agriculture, food, natural resources, and biotechnology industries. In addition to job postings, the site provides educational articles, employer and job seeker tools, news, and product information.
