Summer Business Seminars Announced

The Wayne Business and Industry Center at Wayne Community College announces its summer 2014 schedule of seminars designed to prepare the business person to meet the challenges facing small businesses.

The seminars are:
Should My Business Be Certified?, 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, May 27;
Business Plan Basics, Part 1: Development Workshop, 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, June 3;
Doing Business with the Federal Government, 3-5 p.m., Thursday, June 12;
Bookkeeping for Startups, 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, June 17;
ABCs of Starting a Business, 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, June 24;
Introduction to OSHA and Top 10 Violations by Industry, 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, July 15;
Business Plan Basics, Part 2: Business Plan Review, 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, July 22; and
How to Start a Home-Based Business, 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, July 29.

All will be held in Room 101 of the Walnut Building except Doing Business with the Federal Government, which will be in Room 123 of that building.

There is no charge for any of these seminars.
