Two More Spring Registration Dates

The new year that is just days away can bring new educational opportunities at Wayne Community College.

Students who want to take courses in the spring 2014 semester will have two days to register before college credit classes start: 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Jan. 2 and 8 a.m.-noon, Jan. 3, 2014.

Students are encouraged to register as soon as possible to have the best selection of courses.

Active duty military personnel may register for classes taught on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Jan. 2-7 at the WCC Offices in the Watkins Das Base Education Center.

Classes offered on campus and the base, as well as distance education courses, start Jan. 6.

Tuition and fees are due Jan. 3 for those who register in January.

New students must complete the enrollment process, take placement tests, and be accepted in order to register for classes. The steps that new students need to take are explained at www.waynecc.edu/students-start-here/get-started-new-student.

The college will be closed Dec. 21-29 and Jan. 1, 2014.
