The Wayne Business and Industry Center will offer the free seminar “WordPress: Creating Your Own Website,” 6-9 p.m., Thursday, May 8, in Room 101 of the Walnut Building on Wayne Community College’s main campus in Goldsboro.
This seminar teaches how to use WordPress to create and maintain a website or blog. Among the topics covered are search engine optimization techniques, domain name, graphics themes, and step-by-step guidance for building a site. Participants will have access to instructional and will receive a list of recommended themes, plug-ins and widgets.
