WCC Arts Festival Dec. 3

Wayne Community College’s Winter Arts Festival is set for the evening of Tuesday, Dec. 3.
It will begin with an art exhibition that opens at 6 p.m. in the Wayne Learning Center Atrium. Works created in this fall’s Drawing I class will be featured, including a series of value studies and zentangle self portraits with mixed media, value blending and grid techniques.
The concert will start at 7 p.m. in Moffatt Auditorium in the Wayne Learning Center. The performers will be soloists and the college’s chorus. Selections include holiday favorites, pieces in foreign languages, and a jazzed up version of “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.”

The festival is free and open to the public.
