The Distance Education Department, located in WLC 305 will host it’s next open Moodle Help sessions on August 20 and 21, 2015 from 8 AM to noon.
Bring your laptop or tablet or come and use ours. These sessions are open to any student with questions about Moodle and online classes.

Welcome Spring 2015 Students!
Spring 2 Courses started March 9, 2015. Other courses with different start dates, will appear in Moodle on the first day of the session.
Face-to-face (traditional) courses may also use Moodle but those courses are made visible by individual instructors as needed.

New to online learning? New to WCC? There are two great opportunities to give you a jumpstart on the new semester.
To experience Moodle before classes begin login to Moodle using wccguest as the username and password and then click on the WCC Moodle Demo course. The Moodle Demo Course includes sample units from a few courses and opportunities to try submitting assignments, participating in a discussion forum and even take a quiz.
Nervous about taking an online course?
The Distance Education department will be offering walk-in Moodle assistance sessions at the start of each semester in WLC 305 (same floor as the library- follow the signs for Distance Education). Spring 2 Moodle Help sessions will be held March 9th and 10th from 8 – noon. Check back for future dates. These sessions are geared for students who are new to Moodle and need assistance getting started. No question is too basic, so stop by and get answers to your most pressing online learning questions.
