New Continuing Education Classes Starting

Wayne Community College Continuing Education will start a number of courses is April that will develop skills for the workplace or personal interest.

Those classes include
Microsoft Excel 2013 Intermediate, 6-8 p.m., Thursdays, April 2-May 14;
Microsoft Office Certification Preparation, 6-8:30 p.m., Thursdays, April 2-May 14;
Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 Intermediate, 6-9 p.m., Thursdays, April 9-May 14;
Notary Public Education, two options: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Saturday, April 18, or 5-9 p.m., Monday, April 20 and Wednesday, April 22;
Life and Health Insurance, 6-10 p.m. on Fridays and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturdays, April 10-May 2; and|
Real Estate Pre-licensing, 6-10 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, March 30-June 15.

All of these courses will be held on the college’s main campus in Goldsboro.

Costs for these courses range from $70 to $125. Students may register and pay in advance at the Continuing Education Division’s Customer Service Desk in the Walnut Building on the college’s main campus, by clicking on “Registration” at www.waynecc.edu/continuing-ed/, or at the first class session.
