Career Services offers a variety of services to assist businesses and organizations in their talent recruitment efforts. In our efforts to serve you we have partnered with College Central Network as the official communication platform between employers and WCC students and graduates. Many of these resources are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at no charge.

Job Posting
Regardless if your goal is to fill a full-time position by hiring a graduate, a part-time position through a Work-Based Learning student, or you just need temporary seasonal help our job posting board can help. Once registered and approved by our offices, employers may post and edit jobs at their convenience. You are able to target students and graduates in specific programs or college wide. Jobs posted on College Central may also be advertised through our Jobs Now Alert system (via email or texts) and our social media sites.
Job Fairs
Job Fairs are held periodically and provide employers the opportunity to market their company and help recruiters meet hundreds of applicants. All employers registered on College Central are automatically notified of upcoming job fairs.
On-Campus Recruiting
We are happy to provide employers the opportunity to come and set up information booths with career information and company materials to help recruit WCC students. On-campus recruiting requests can be made through College Central Network. Our office can also provide space for meeting and interviewing prospective applicants. Employers have the option of reviewing resumes online via College Central Network and contacting applicants to set up interviews.
