VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage
Course Description
This course is online and mostly hands-on via remote access to VMs running actual VMware technologies. The course explores installation, configuration, and management of VMware vSphere, which consists of ESXi and vCenter Server. This course is based on ESXi 7.0 and vCenter Server 7.0. Completion of this course satisfies the VMware authorized prerequisite to taking the VCPDCV exam. Upon completion of this course, the student will be provided VMware exam voucher codes for up to 70% off the normal exam price. The hands-on assignments in this course will require about 3 to 5 hours per week.
Suggested Pre-class Experience:
This course is suitable for the following target audience: system administrators, systems
engineers, technicians responsible for server virtualization. Before taking this course, some
networking and storage experience would be beneficial but not essential.
