Wayne Community College’s Bison Community Concert Band will provide an evening of entertainment at their spring concert on Thursday, May 8.
The concert will take place at 7 p.m. in Moffatt Auditorium located inside the Wayne Learning Center (the main building on campus with the flag poles in front). It is free and open to the public to attend.
Conducted by Dr. William Ford, the band will play songs from a variety of genres, including the blues, ragtime, and marches, as well as melodies from popular musicals.
The Bison Community Concert Band allows musicians of all skill levels to perform together as an ensemble. Band members rehearse weekly and perform at the College at the end of each semester and at various community events throughout the year.
