The Small Business of the Year and Start-Up of the Year were honored by the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce and Small Business Center at WCC.

WCC will offer a Basic Activity Director course that prepares students to be activity directors in healthcare-related settings.

Jimmie E. Ford has joined the Wayne Community College Board of Trustees.

WCC has scheduled hour-long information sessions at noon and 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8 for anyone considering entering the allied health field.

WCC will offer a Medical Billing and Coding as an online course Jan. 22-May 11.
