WCC and UNCW have partnered to create a new program to enhance student success by assisting current WCC students with their enrollment into UNCW and guaranteeing admission to qualified graduates.

Open registration for fall 2018 college credit courses will be held 8 a.m.-7 p.m., on Wednesday, June 20, and Thursday, June 21 on the main campus in Goldsboro. The next registration opportunities will be July 16 and 17 and Aug. 14 and 15.

WCCs unit of the Association of Educational Office Professionals (AEOP) provided scholarships for two business students for the spring 2018 semester.

Camp Kilowatt will return to the WCC campus for its 10th year this summer, and for the second year, the college is partnering with Wayne County Public Schools to provide camps in area middle schools.

Charlotte C. Brow, chair of WCC’s Humanities, Fine Arts and Social Sciences Department, was honored at a recent international conference for community and technical college educators.
