Wayne Community College (WCC) offers a variety of services to assist support businesses and organizations in their talent recruitment efforts. In our efforts to serve you we have partnered with College Central Network as the official communication platform between employers and Wayne Community College’s students and graduates. Many of these resources are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at no charge.

Our staff is here to assist you with building your company profile and using the services available through College Central Network listed below.

Job Posting

Whether your goal is to fill a full-time, part-time or temporary position, our job posting board can help. Once registered and approved by our offices, employers you may post and edit jobs at their your convenience. You have the option to focus your efforts on students and graduates from specific programs or across the entire college. Jobs posted on College Central may also be advertised through our Jobs Now Alert system (via email or texts) and our social media sites.

Job Fairs

Job Fairs are held periodically to provide you the opportunity to market your company and help you meet potential applicants. As a registered employer with College Central Network, you are automatically notified of upcoming job fairs.

On-Campus Recruiting

We are pleased to offer you the chance to set up information booths at our campus to share career information and company materials to recruit WCC students. On-campus recruiting requests may be made through College Central Network. Additionally, we can provide space for meetings and interviews with potential applicants.
