Local vocal group The Hitmen gave the proceeds of their A Cappella Invitational to the Foundation of Wayne Community College.

The Foundation of Wayne Community College has established a “Bison Benefit Scholarship” for Wayne County high school graduates who participated in WCC’s Career and College Promise program.

The Allstate Foundation has provided a $1,000 gift to the Foundation of WCC in honor of the late Kirk Keller.

The deadline to submit applications for Foundation of Wayne Community College scholarships for the spring 2019 semester is Oct. 31.
