Are you interested in developing the technical and managerial skills to deliver emergency management services? If so, then this is the degree for you. Our program prepares you to deliver emergency services with both technical and managerial skills. Our emphasis of study includes investigative principles, hazardous materials, emergency agency operations and use of the latest planning and management software in the field.

This program can be completed through online course work. You may be able to receive credit for fire/ems/law enforcement certifications that you already hold.

Employment: As a graduate, you could work in ambulance service providers, fire/rescue agencies, law enforcement, fire marshal offices, emergency management services, emergency medical services, industrial firms, educational institutions, and other government agencies.
Salary: You can expect an average entry-level salary of $20,000. This program prepares students for success through lectures, discussions, labs, and Work-Based Learning work experiences.

Tuition for students taking fewer than 16 semester hours is $76.00 per semester hour for in-state students and $268.00 per semester hour for out-of-state students. Students enrolled for six or more semester hours credit will be charged a $30 student activity fee and a $16 technology fee; those enrolled for less than six semester hours will be charged a $15 student activity fee and an $8 technology fee. No student activity will be charged during the Summer Term
