Allied Health Limited Programs
The following programs are limited in the number of students who may be admitted each year.
Applicants seeking admission to these programs must print the packet for the program they would like to apply for (see links below). Limited health occupation applicants must complete separate applications and meet specific requirements by the posted deadlines (on the front of each downloaded packet).
Paper applications are required and are available at the back of each packet. Applications may be turned in to the Admissions Office or may be mailed to the college.

Advanced Standing 2024 (PDF) – (This program packet is only for Licensed Practical Nurses who have already graduated from a Practical Nursing program.)
Practical Nursing 2024 (PDF)
After submitting an Application for Admission, you may be required to complete a placement test. If so, you can schedule an appointment to take the test on our events page. Placement testing is located on the second floor of Wayne Learning Center building, room 231.
If you are applying for the Associate Degree Nursing program, you may need to take the TEAS exam. You can schedule an exam here.
